An Update From Sacred Mountain and the Precautions We Are Taking
Dear Sacred Mountain couples,
We hope this finds you and your loved ones well. In light of the worldwide pandemic related to COVID-19, we understand the concerns couples around the world are facing with respect to their upcoming weddings. Our goal is to work very closely with all of you to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams.
Sacred Mountain is committed to bringing friends and family together for your big day. We are excited for your wedding and are working diligently to ensure all guidelines are followed as instructed by the CDC. As new information becomes available we will be in contact as necessary.
Sacred Mountain is taking extra precautions to ensure that our venue stays a healthy environment.
Frequent sanitization of high-touch areas between and during all events (including chairs, tables, door handles, etc).
We are providing hand sanitizing stations at each event space and in all of our golf carts.
All restrooms will be stocked and cleaned regularly during and after every event.
We are encouraging frequent hand-washing, not touching your eyes, nose or mouth and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
Employees, vendors and any guests who may be exhibiting symptoms of illness are being asked to stay home.
To continue these safety measures, we are providing the following:
Skype/Facetime appointments in-lieu of in-person walkthroughs and required vendor site visits.
We are exploring opportunities to provide virtual viewing for guests that are unable to attend future events.
