Sunset Plateau
Our 12,000-square-foot plateau offers a breathtaking setting overlooking the mountains and beyond. This west-facing overlook is ideal for meaningful ceremonies, team gatherings, group photos, and quiet moments of reflection. Whether you're honoring a life, celebrating a milestone, reuniting with loved ones, or hosting a corporate retreat, it’s a place to connect and take in the sunset together.
Courtyard & Lounge
Our indoor lounge with bright and beautiful stone floors connects seamlessly with french doors to our expansive Courtyard. Both areas are ideal for dinner, dancing, and toasts. Incorporate our complimentary decor to create a welcoming setting for all of your guests. This is the perfect setting for buffets, coffee + tea stations, bar setup, photo booths or lounge seating.

Meadow
Our private Meadow offers an unforgettable view of Volcan Mountain, surrounded by ancient oaks and manzanitas adorned with fairy lights. It’s a magical setting for intimate ceremonies, outdoor cocktails, dancing, lawn games, and relaxed mingling with your guests.
Pool & Spa
On the grounds of the Ivy House, there is a west facing private 40' pool + spa equipped with lounge furniture and barbecue grills. Our fully equipped pool house has towels, games, a refrigerator, freezer, bathroom and outdoor shower.
European Pergola
An expansive lawn connects the pool and spa to the European Pergola. Enjoy an intimate gathering with stunning views of Volcan Mountain, cascading white wisteria, and softly glowing lighting — the perfect setting for a countryside lunch or dinner.
Secret Garden
The Secret Garden is a lush, hidden gem on the west side of the Ivy House. The Garden is the perfect setting for a massage, a moment of meditation or morning yoga surrounded by nature.
