November Reset Retreat

Sacred Mountain Ranch Resort · Julian, California

November 14–17, 2025

A four-day immersive retreat to reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and step into a life led from peace instead of survival.

What to Expect

This isn’t a quick getaway or a surface-level escape. This is a root-cause healing immersion. In the November Reset Retreat at Sacred Mountain Ranch Resort, you’ll step into a space designed for deep rest, profound awareness, and nervous system restoration. Horses, breathwork, and somatic practices will guide you back into your body — the place where true healing begins.

Over four transformative days, you’ll:

  • Connect with horses in trauma-informed equine sessions that reveal patterns stored in the body.

  • Release old stress and trauma responses through guided 9D Breathwork journeys.

  • Experience mindful movement, grounding meditations, and somatic awareness.

  • Nourish your body with mindfully prepared, clean meals designed to support healing and regulation.

  • Learn how to regulate your nervous system not just here, but back home — even in the micro-moments of busy, everyday life.

• You want a reset that doesn’t just fade after a weekend, but stays with you as you move back into daily life.

Transformation happens through participation — and we highly encourage you to join each session for the fullest experience.

But choice is central to healing. Everything on the schedule is optional, and if you ever need to step back, rest, or choose a different restorative practice, your retreat will be adapted to you. Your initial coaching call ensures your needs and intentions are honored throughout.

Extend your stay (early check-in Thursday or late check-out Monday) based on lodging availability. Additional nights include full access to ranch amenities and the option to book extra wellness services from our concierge team.
